Here are the tasks a maintenance visit will include:

Hoovering out of fan coil units internally and externally.
Chemical clean of all indoor unit coils using anti-bacterial coil cleaner
Washing of fan coil unit casing.
Cleaning of indoor fan coil unit filters.
