INTEGRATED CLIMATE SYSTEMS

Care for the whole VRF system.

A fault affecting one part of an integrated air conditioning system can affect several rooms. Our VRF / VRV maintenance approach starts with the relationship between indoor units, outdoor equipment, controls and the building.

Map the connected equipment

We review the system layout and available records, identify the equipment within the contract and consider how it serves the occupied space. Concealed units and difficult access are addressed when the scope is agreed.

Coordinate the maintenance

Plan indoor and outdoor servicing together, with checks appropriate to the manufacturer and installed system. Controls, operating schedules and reported faults help establish where further investigation is needed.

  • Indoor units and accessible filters, coils and fans
  • Outdoor unit condition and accessible heat-exchange surfaces
  • Condensate arrangements and relevant operational checks
  • System observations and prioritised recommendations

Understand the system type

VRF and VRV describe variable-refrigerant systems. Simultaneous heating and cooling is a capability of appropriately configured heat-recovery arrangements; it is not a feature of every VRF heat-pump installation. We identify your equipment before advising on operation or upgrades.

Plan for condition and lifecycle

Maintenance findings can help you decide whether to repair, investigate recurring faults or prepare for replacement. Any recommendation should reflect the age, condition, operating needs and repair history of your assets.
