Identify the ventilation arrangement
We review the equipment and its role in the building, then confirm the assets within our maintenance scope. Filters, accessible fans and heat-exchange components, operating controls and service access may all need attention.
Start with the reported problem
Stale air, unexpected noise or rooms that feel uncomfortable merit investigation, but symptoms alone do not establish a cause. We discuss occupancy, operating schedules, service history and the need for further measurements.
Separate routine servicing from specialist testing
A standard maintenance visit is not a full indoor-air-quality assessment, specialist extract clean, fire-damper inspection or compliance certification. Those requirements need their own scope and appropriately competent delivery.
Combine the schedule
Where practical, ventilation checks can be coordinated with AC maintenance to simplify access and visit planning. Each asset and task remains visible in the agreed maintenance schedule.
