Service the plant your business depends on
Heating and hot water support staff comfort, guest experience and everyday operations. We establish the boiler details, fuel, use, access and available service records before confirming the work and maintenance frequency.
An agreed scope for each installation
Boiler maintenance is planned around manufacturer instructions and the installation. The attending engineer confirms the appropriate inspection, servicing, testing and records for the work being undertaken.
- Commercial gas boiler servicing within confirmed work categories
- Fault investigation and separately agreed remedial work
- Heating and hot-water maintenance coordination
- Service records and recommendations for the next action
The right registration and work categories
Gas qualifications are specific to the fuel, appliance and type of work. We confirm appropriate competence for your site before accepting the work. Tell us if the installation includes specialist industrial gas equipment, LPG, catering appliances or process plant so that scope can be checked.
One coordinated maintenance conversation
Combine heating, gas, AC and plumbing requirements in a single maintenance review. Your proposal identifies the assets, visit arrangements and any separately delivered specialist work, so responsibilities remain clear.
Start with your equipment details
Send the site postcode, boiler make and model if known, a description of the building and your existing service requirements. We will confirm whether the equipment is within scope and arrange the next step.
Questions about this service
Can every gas engineer service commercial equipment?
No. Registration alone does not establish competence for every appliance. The engineer’s current categories must cover the work being undertaken.
Do you cover industrial sites?
We consider commercial building services on industrial premises. Specialist industrial combustion or process equipment requires a separate scope and competence check; it is not automatically included.
