Plan room access carefully
Agree access windows with your team and identify tasks that require isolation, noise or temporary disruption. Out-of-hours work is available only where separately agreed.
Connect cooling, heating and plumbing care
A consolidated plan can reduce the administrative effort of arranging separate visits. Boiler and gas work remains subject to the appropriate registered engineer and appliance categories.
Keep specialist obligations visible
Kitchen extract, catering gas, fire systems and water-hygiene programmes are not automatically included. Your proposal should show exactly what is covered and what needs separate specialist provision.
